Some of the recent reviews of The DocNet from Amazon:
In many of our minds, this is absolutely necessary to prevent our government from socializing fully one-sixth of our economy (delivery of healthcare services) and bankrupting our Country in the process. Keven Card shows you how we got where we are with a wonderful introduction and background written as an easy to understand and straight-forward analysis. He identifies the problem as one of cost and not so much healthcare itself and illustrates the cost drivers and fallacies currently promoted by those favoring the socialist solution.
Under President Obama’s plan, Americans are coerced into government health care (or forced to pay a fine). Mr. Card presents a brilliantly simple and implementable alternative in The DocNet: The Free Market Solution to Replace Obamacare and the Plan to Save America’s Healthcare System from Socialized Medicine & Government Control.
The author shows how to make the purchase of health care financially feasible for all Americans while making insurance companies, doctors and hospitals interact with consumers directly. It grants more choice to the patient and offers more flexibility in benefits while expanding the private sector market. It allows those most knowledgeable (the family physician) the greatest input–treating the doctors in the DocNet as gatekeepers, with a much improved role over current insurance practices. Physicians know the best care for their patient. That’s why doctor-led quality measures and corresponding incentives make this plan workable.
If you’re looking for a solution that involves faith-based delivery systems, a remedy for uncompensated care, and a way to actually save our Country from Government Entitlements continually encroaching on the private sector and running up unsustainable levels of spending, then you owe it to yourself to read Steven Card’s work. In fact, please ask your healthcare providers to read this book and to pass along their ideas for implementation to your and their lawmakers.
our long term health care goals. Please read this book and pass it on to our political leaders…..it can make a difference in all of our lives!
This book is a very interesting concept of a way to reform medical care costs without mandates and a hugh run up of our national debt. It was well written in layman terms to make it easy to understand. It just goes to show you that if we the American people put our heads together, we can solve this problem of healthcare in our nation without bankruptting our entire economy. We need to get back to a more simple way of life and quit trying to live in an entitlement society, be responsible for ourselves and our family and get the government out of our lives. Great job, a must read, well worth the money.
